1.-ORDER, CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
To buy a product from NYOVA, simply access www.orbidev.com/store/, add the products you want to buy to the cart and pay using your preferred payment method. If you have any questions, please write to us at email@example.com or call us on +34 983452114 from 9:00 to 13:00. At all events, you can always review your order before confirming. Once you have confirmed it, we will give you an order number.
Within a few minutes of making your order, we will send you a confirmation email, with a list of the purchased products, the delivery address and the order number. If you note any error in the information in this email, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
When your order leaves our premises, we will send you another email indicating your tracking number, the estimated time of delivery and the transport agency contact phone number. If any problem with the shipment arises you can directly contact the transport agency to resolve it, or alternatively contact us. We will be happy to help improve your NYOVA shopping experience.
We always work within the time frames for delivery as established at the time of purchase. If any error should occur and the product were not in stock we would notify you as soon as possible to let you know how long your order will be delayed. In the event that you should decide to cancel the order you will be refunded the full amount for the purchase. If a product is not in stock at the moment you are about to make your purchase, you can place a free ‘pre-reservation’ and we will let you know when it becomes available.
The shipping of NYOVA products is free throughout mainland Spain. For other destinations, the shipping costs will be added when you indicate the delivery address.
NYOVA offers the payment method of Bank transfer, as soon as you place your order we will send you an email so you can make payment.
Once we receive the transfer, we will send you an email confirming we have received payment and that we are now processing your order. If we do not receive payment within 15 days of your receipt of the email with the bank transfer details, we will cancel your order.
You can cancel an order or return a product for any reason. To return a product you must make a request for return or cancellation within 14 days of the date of receiving the product. To return the product, simply contact us. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or entering www.orbidev.com/contacto/ and marking the “Customer Service” box.
Whether by email or using the contact page you should provide us your full name, phone number and order number, indicating your reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the return.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return a product, simply send it together with the proof of purchase and the original packaging within 14 days. When we receive the product, we will issue a refund via the same method you used to pay within 14 days of receipt.
Nyova not be liable for direct costs and expenses incurred by those returns Client Order in exercise of the right of withdrawal, so the Client bears the cost of return shipping.
The client may return any item purchased in Nyova long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging.
Custom made products can not be returned.
If the product has been damaged, we may reduce the amount to refund according to how much value the product has lost. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with all its parts.
If you receive the product damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can proceed to recall it and dispatch a new item. The client has 24 hours from the moment of delivery to inform us of any defect and any damage to the packaging observed at the moment of delivery.
